Responsibilities include developing and implementing programs to enhance employee experience, such as employee development and talent growth initiatives, as well as coaching and training managers to communicate effectively, ethically, and in compliance with employment laws. The position is also responsible for devising strategies to maintain a positive work environment, overseeing key policy resources such as the employee handbook and culture playbook, and administering performance management processes. <br /> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably supporting product and engineering teams within the internet, hi-tech, or financial services industries. They should demonstrate broad HR expertise across employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development.
