This includes supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations, SEC guidelines, and internal reporting standards.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">You will review and strengthen SOX processes, support audit coordination and tax planning matters, and maintain robust corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with IFRS requirements.
