Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>BAU Support &amp; Troubleshooting: Keep our network running smoothly by resolving incidents quickly and effectively.</li><li>Project Delivery: Contribute to network upgrades and deployments, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.</li><li>On-Call Support: Be part of an on-call rotation to maintain business continuity for critical systems.</li><li>Design &amp; Architecture: Enhance network architecture for IT and OT environments, including LAN/WAN and wireless solutions.</li><li>Configuration &amp; Deployment: Install, configure, and optimize Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Implement best practices for network security, including OT segmentation and firewall policies.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p>Please note, this is an <strong>onsite role,</strong> however with flexible work hours.
