This role is due to an internal movement within the organisation.</p><p><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br />The role of business Analyst will report to the National Sales Manager and its purpose to provide data analytics, market research and business acumen to enable data-driven decisions to drive sales &amp; Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Analyse customer buying behaviours and trends, monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics.</li><li>Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions &amp; identify opportunities for new product offerings and expansion of products</li><li>Track sales data across channels to assist decision making.</li><li>Analyse product performance, inventory levels and sell through rates. Identify best selling items and any under performing products and provide insights into seasonality &amp; cyclical sales patterns</li><li>Analyse data to support decision making - identifying trends</li><li>Translate data into useful information using dashboards, reports and presentations whilst maintaining data integrity and consistency across all sources to support strategic planning</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts by providing analytical support</li><li>Improve reporting systems and technologies</li><li>Work across the business cross-functionality to drive performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong><br />To be considered for this role we are looking for an individual who has strong commercial acumen. This is likely to be some form of financial background.
