Provide technical advice and escalate complex issues to partners when required.</li><li><strong>Reactive Support:</strong></li><li>Handle hardware/software installations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, onboard/offboard users, and repair or replace IT equipment as necessary. Utilize resources responsibly by recycling and securely wiping or destroying old devices.</li><li><strong>Proactive Maintenance:</strong></li><li>Monitor systems to ensure anti-virus protection, patching, backups, licensing, firewall functionality, WiFi status, and overall health of core systems. Take pre-emptive action to address any anomalies.</li><li><strong>Security:</strong></li><li>Uphold company security policies and procedures to safeguard IT systems.</li><li>Projects and Innovation:</li><li>Get involved in IT projects for testing new technologies and providing early-life support-advancing your skill set while contributing to impactful initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your profile:</span></strong><br />You'll be stepping into a role that requires curiosity, resilience, and a technical skill set to support a complex IT ecosystem.
