In deze rol krijg je de kans om het financiële beleid vorm te geven, processen te verbeteren en direct impact te maken op de verdere groei van de organisatie.<h3 data-start="706" data-end="727">Wat ga je doen?</h3>Als Finance Manager in Utrecht ben je een cruciaal lid van het managementteam en stuur je een team van 10 professionals aan (o.a. FP&A, reporting & control, accounts payable, treasury en credit control). Jij zorgt voor een cultuur van continue verbetering en levert tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportages op. Je adviseert de directie, analyseert financiële resultaten en leidt het budget- en forecastproces.
