Onze opdrachtgever biedt jou een uitdagende rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, een moderne werkplek en unieke extra's zoals personal training op kantoor.</p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Aansturen en coachen</strong> van het accounting team</li><li><strong>Projectadministratie:</strong> Verantwoordelijk voor de projectadministratie in overleg met projectmanagers en aansluiting met het grootboek</li><li><strong>Financiële controle:</strong> Controle van de financiële administratie, coördinatie van maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, interne controles</li><li><strong>Planning & control:</strong> Correcte uitvoering van de planning & control cyclus</li><li><strong>Huuradministratie:</strong> Nauwkeurige huuradministratie</li><li><strong>Jaarafsluiting:</strong> Verantwoordelijk voor jaarafsluiting, jaarwerk en dossiers voor de externe accountant</li><li><strong>Ondersteuning CFO:</strong> Ondersteunen van de CFO bij voorkomende werkzaamheden</li></ul><p> </p><h3 id="jouw-profiel">Jouw Profiel</h3><p>Jij hebt een scherpe, analytische én kritische blik, werkt nauwkeurig en weet het overzicht te bewaren.
