Career promotion opportunities!<br /><br />The Role<br />- Support the development and delivery of monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets for business segments and overhead expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.<br />- Collaborate with business teams to align financial plans with operational goals and provide timely updates during planning cycles.<br />- Assist with capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and forecasting for designated business segments.<br />- Prepare and deliver month-end reporting packages, forecasts, and annual budget summaries to support management decision-making.<br />- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances, provide insightful commentary, and recommend corrective actions to functional teams.<br /><br />Your Skills<br />- Fluent Japanese and business level English<br />- 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience<br />- Experience working within a company that has tangible goods<br /><br />Highlights about the Role / Company<br />- Work for a well known, globally recognized organization with a strong history<br />- Sales increasing year on year<br />- Career promotion opportunities.
