- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client is a global fintech platform offering secure payment, remittance, and card solutions for seamless digital transactions.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems to support payment processing, credit card transactions, and international remittance services</li><li>Enhance system performance and reliability, including optimising database queries, improving API response times, and ensuring consistent performance under high concurrency</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, APIs, and operational manuals</li><li>Support in system architecture and design reviews, ensuring high scalability, availability, and fault tolerance to handle large transaction volumes</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business analysts, and compliance teams to deliver secure, compliant, and user-centric financial technology solutions</li><li>Implement secure coding practices and contribute to strengthening the platform's resilience against fraud, data breaches, and regulatory non-compliance</li><li>Contribute to knowledge sharing by participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines</li><li>5 years' experience in Java development and experience with major frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot for building high-performance, distributed backend systems</li><li>Experience in financial systems (e.g., payments, credit card processing, remittance, or banking platforms) is highly desirable</li><li>Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, particularly MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, including performance tuning</li><li>Hands-on experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, including designing reliable asynchronous workflows</li><li>Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments</li><li>Understanding of RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on performance and scalability</li><li><strong>Proficient in Chinese a must</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
