The Role<ul><li>Drive planning processes including sales performance tracking, compensation scheme development, P&L management, and payroll oversight for the Direct Business division.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics, forecast financial outcomes, prepare budgets, identify opportunities and threats, propose action plans, and present findings to senior leaders</li><li>Partner with the Finance team to ensure KPI achievements, revenue optimization, and expense control, driving the desired Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the business model.</li><li>Create regular, actionable reports and dashboards that track performance trends and uncover operational improvement opportunities.
