As a critical leader within the finance team, you will help ensure compliance with accounting standards, and monitor processes owned by the Global Finance Shared Services Centre. If you're a CPA-qualified professional with regional exposure and a passion for people management, this dynamic role is for you!</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Take responsibility for month-end operations, including reconciliation, reporting, and consolidation at the regional level.<br /> Ensure that financial transactions adhere to Group accounting policies as well as (Regional GAAP) and local GAAP</li><li>Lead & review the team to conduct variance analyses and ensure timely and accurate monthly management reporting.</li><li>Monitor and manage processes executed by the Shared Services Centre across key finance functions</li><li>Finalize and file statutory accounts to maintain compliance with APAC statutory requirements.</li><li>Oversee the accurate preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns in multiple jurisdictions, including new tax registrations with the help of Group Tax advisors.</li><li>Drive the systems implementation in the APAC region, with support from the Group project team.</li><li>Play an instrumental role in ad hoc finance and business projects during ongoing organizational transformation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting and qualified CPA with professional audit firm background</li><li>At least <strong>8 years' experience</strong>in financial leadership within a multinational organization.</li><li>Experience in regional market exposure is a must</li><li>Agile and comfortable working within a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong>; thrives in transformation-focused roles</li><li>Immediately Available is highly preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
