<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />As Senior Business Manager for a Global Bank COO Function, you will be responsible for leading global supplier cost management and budgeting strategies to optimise financial performance and drive value across regions.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Drive financial strategy and develop frameworks and tools for managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, change requests, and supplier spend.</li><li>Lead budget governance, oversee annual budgets, approve changes, and maintain cost control.</li><li>Monitor financial performance, track budget vs. actuals, identify risks, and optimise financial outcomes.</li><li>Oversee operational and capital expenditures for third-party suppliers.</li><li>Streamline central fee models to simplify fee allocation and ensure market alignment.</li><li>Enhance supplier value and collaborate with suppliers to identify savings and improve processes.</li><li>Manage and mitigate risks to proactively address financial risks and maintain budget integrity.</li><li>Deliver management information reporting and insights to C-suite stakeholders, prepare reports and analysis to guide decision-making.</li><li>Manage and engage stakeholders: partner with finance, procurement, and market teams for cohesive cost management.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li>Commercially minded and customer focused</li><li>Proven leadership and relationship management skills in dealing with all levels as well as the confidence to interact and be lead partner to senior management</li><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (preferred).</li><li>Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in finance, budgeting, and cost management.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, SAP, Oracle.</li><li>Knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and cross-border payments.</li><li>Exceptional drive and commitment, ability to work and thrive in a fast changing and results driven environment, and proven ability in handling competing priorities.</li><li>Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.</li><li>Proficient analytical review skills; ability to add value to customer deliverables through understanding of the business / lateral thinking.</li><li>Ability to highlight problems but more importantly offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution in a collective environment and in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
