If you have strong technical accounting skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p><strong>General Ledger &amp; Financial Books</strong>:</p><ul><li>Prepare and finalize accounting entries and ensure accurate monthly financial book closings</li><li>Maintain inventory reconciliation and fixed asset registers to ensure up-to-date records.</li></ul><p><strong>Accounts Payable/Receivable</strong>:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Accounting Officers to oversee daily accounts payable and receivable tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Reporting</strong>:</p><ul><li>Prepare monthly trial balance reviews, schedules, and group reporting for the assigned brands.</li></ul><p><strong>Rental &amp; Accruals</strong>:</p><ul><li>Calculate and control monthly rental expenses for each point of sale, and draft monthly accruals for discussion with Business Planning.</li></ul><p><strong>Tax &amp; Audit Support</strong>:</p><ul><li>Assist in preparing tax reporting, audited financial statements, and participate in internal audits and control reviews.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <strong>6 years' relevant experience</strong>in accounting &amp; APAC exposures is a plus</li><li>Prior experience in Retail, Luxury or FMCG is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in [insert specific accounting software, e.g., Excel, SAP</li><li>Fluent in speaking &amp; written in English, Cantonese, Mandarin</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.</li><li>Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
