The Role<ul><li>Level 2 Support: Provide timely and efficient Level 2 support for SAP SD and MM modules, addressing incidents, service requests, and issue resolution.</li><li>Implementation Projects: Participate in new implementation projects for SAP SD/MM, ensuring business requirements are understood and effectively translated into system configurations.</li><li>Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their needs, providing solutions that align with organizational goals.</li><li>Configuration and Testing: Customize SAP SD/MM modules to meet business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure system integrity.</li><li>Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including requirements, configurations, and user guides, to support system changes and user training.</li><li>Regional Team Coordination: Collaborate with regional SAP support teams and key stakeholders across different locations to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP advancements and contribute to process innovation by recommending improvements to workflows and technology utilization.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration and support.</li><li>Proven ability to contribute to new SAP implementation projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution, procurement, and inventory management.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.</li><li>Self-motivated fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
