<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong> </p><p>Our client is a global manufacturer and retailer of apparel products.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>The SAP Project Manager will be leading the SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment, overseeing rollout across five countries. Ensure compliant, standardised finance processes, accurate data migration, smooth go-live, and strong user adoption through effective governance and collaboration.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance for regional offices (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar) as part of the global finance transformation initiative</li><li>Develop and execute the local rollout plan, including key milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall deployment governance</li><li>Ensure alignment between global standards, finance governance frameworks, and local business or statutory requirements</li><li>Lead and participate in the execution across all project stages: design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare stabilization</li><li>Coordinate collaboration between global project teams, IT, system integrators, and local leadership</li><li>Own all finance-related process streams, including Record-to-Report (R2R), FI, CO, AA, AP, AR, and banking</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and organizational finance policies</li><li>Validate internal financial controls and audit readiness across regions</li><li>Manage adoption of global finance templates while balancing localisation needs through Fit-Gap analysis</li><li>Govern deviations from global standards and ensure proper approval processes are followed</li><li>Lead financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of opening balances, open AP/AR, inventory valuation, fixed assets, and intercompany balances</li><li>Drive testing and quality assurance activities across finance streams, including UAT and regulatory compliance testing</li><li>Manage defect resolution and final readiness signoffs for finance deliverables</li><li>Oversee finance cutover activities and ensure seamless integration into business operations at go-live</li><li>Align period-end close and financial reporting cycles with deployment timelines</li><li>Support change management, training, and user readiness in partnership with OCM and training teams</li><li>Facilitate communications with local leadership to drive adoption and ensure process discipline</li><li>Represent finance deployment activities to regional and global steering committees</li><li>Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful project delivery</li><li>Ensure alignment and collaboration between regional and global teams throughout all deployment phases</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience leading SAP Finance implementations</li><li>Practical experience in S/4HANA Finance deployments</li><li>Strong background in APAC finance environments, particularly in China and Hong Kong</li><li>Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred</li><li>Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, with strong knowledge of integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, and Treasury modules</li><li>Understanding of intercompany processes, consolidation, and reporting structures</li><li>Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration interfaces an advantage</li><li>Fluent in English and Chinese a must</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
