Knowledge of Spark or Hadoop is an advantage.</li><li><strong>Machine Learning &amp; AI</strong>: Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to address complex problems. Competence in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning is a bonus.</li><li><strong>Data Visualization</strong>: Expertise in creating compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.</li><li><strong>Analytics Experience</strong>: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.</li><li><strong>Mathematical Aptitude</strong>: Advanced knowledge of statistics, optimization techniques, and quantitative modeling.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solver</strong>: Solid ability to tackle ambiguous problems and think critically under tight deadlines.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills</strong>: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
