In this role, the candidate will be involving in Employee Benefit projects. </p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Perform business analysis, consolidate and prepare user requirements for IT systems and Employee Benefit projects</li><li>Prepare detailed user requirements for Employee Benefit business which include, but not limited to, Sales, Underwriting, Administration, Claim, Finance, customer service etc.</li><li>Channels include broker, agent, partner and direct. So, it is a multi-dimensional job</li><li>Work with business team to prepare test plan and conduct UATs with business teams based on the project requirement scope, for Employee Benefit end to end flow</li><li>Work with IT to walkthrough with business team on UAT result, with compare to requirement scope, to get the UAT signoff.</li><li>Support projects related to Employee Benefit automation and digital adoption to uplift Employee Benefit branding and improve distributor and customer experience</li><li>Deliver quality outputs for projects and tasks assigned</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics</li><li>Strong analytical mind, interpretation and problem solving capability</li><li>Around 3 years' experience on business analysis or quality assurance team</li><li>Good on communication skill to work with business and IT</li><li>Experience on life or general or employee benefit insurance experience also acceptable</li><li>Team player who can work together and co-ordinate well with other teams</li><li>Able to meet tight deadlines and manage to work under a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good written skill as well as can articulate clearly and logically</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
