Logistics - Customer Service Officer (up to 25K)
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client is a logistics company that is expanding and is looking to add 2-3 headcounts for its Customer Service team to support the daily operations. They are looking for a professional with good communications skills to liaise with clients on daily queries and request along with a team.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Proactively and positively handle customer requests and inquiries for Emergency Roadside Rescue services via inbound calls, emails, and live chat.</li><li>Perform daily operational tasks such as accurate data entry and preparation of client reports.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; overtime pay and shift allowances provided.</li><li>Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the service industry; call center experience is an advantage.</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented with exceptional service manners.</li><li>Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.</li><li>Competent in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Immediate availability is highly preferred.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
