This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with immediate responsibility for sourcing, leading diligence, structuring, and executing investments worldwide.</p><p>Location is fully flexible - candidates can be based anywhere (San Francisco, New York, London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, remote, etc.).</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Independently source and execute high-conviction investments across the full Web3 spectrum, including: → Real-World Assets (RWA) &amp; tokenization → AI x Crypto (agents, decentralized compute, inference) → Stablecoin issuance, rails, and yield-bearing primitives → Layer-1 / Layer-2 ecosystems and app-chain extensions → DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure) → Gaming, consumer crypto, and socialFi → Any emerging high-signal narrative in the current cycle</li><li>Own the entire deal lifecycle: screening, deep technical/product/financial diligence, competitive mapping, structuring (SAFT, SAFE, token warrants), negotiation, and active post-investment support</li><li>Cultivate proprietary deal flow and lasting relationships with founders and co-investors across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia</li><li>Collaborate with the partnership on thesis development, sector mapping, and portfolio construction</li><li>Represent the fund publicly at conferences, panels, podcasts, and on social channels (as desired)</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Significant direct experience investing in or building within crypto/Web3 (VC, growth equity, top-tier hedge fund crypto desk, founder, core protocol team, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated investment track record with multiple realized or clear unrealized wins in at least two of the verticals listed above</li><li>Exceptional pattern recognition and ability to separate durable signal from short-lived noise in fast-moving markets</li><li>Strong technical and product intuition - comfortable evaluating smart-contract architecture, tokenomics, consensus mechanisms, and go-to-market execution</li><li>Existing high-quality founder and investor relationships across multiple continents</li><li>Outstanding academic pedigree from a globally recognized top-tier university; advanced degrees welcomed</li><li>Fluent English required; Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Arabic is a significant advantage</li><li>Intellectually curious, high-energy, low-ego team player who thrives in a flat, fast-paced culture</li></ul><p> </p><p>This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most respected and best-capitalized platforms in the industry at a pivotal moment in the cycle.</p><p>All inquiries will be treated with the strictest confidence.
