The CompanyOur client is a HK-based fund house that has been performing extremely well and is growing its business. They are looking to hire a driven and responsible professional to join the team to support the team on supporting the business by managing operational due diligence, investor liaison, conducting research and analysis, and more. The Role<ul><li>Represent the firm professionally: handle internal and external correspondence with stakeholders including fund directors, clients, business partners, and service providers.</li><li>Manage Operational Due Diligence (ODD): Coordinate ODD processes with prospective investors, existing clients, and counterparties, serving as the key point of contact across the firm.</li><li>Assist in new product development - Conduct background research and analysis to support the creation and launch of new products like SMAs and funds.</li><li>Coordinate product-related projects: Plan and manage initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.</li><li>Support investor data management: Assist in maintaining the firm's virtual data room and investor register.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 5 years' finance experience.</li><li>Graduates from top universities highly preferred.</li><li>Native English speaker.</li><li>Strong project management experience.</li><li>Open to candidates from any finance background.</li><li>Presentable with excellent client service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Excel.</li><li>Client-centric, proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills; high attention to detail, ethical, organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.</li></ul> Apply TodayTo apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
