<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Assist in system design, prepare program specifications, and perform application development, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing BAU support.</li><li>Support end-to-end data analytics and BI delivery, including data sourcing, profiling, ETL, pipelines, dashboards, and model support, in line with SDLC standards.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Business, IT, Data, Compliance, Risk teams, and vendors to facilitate workshops, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Manage data requirements and documentation such as KPI definitions, business rules, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and technical design specifications.</li><li>Support UAT, data quality reconciliation, defect tracking, audit evidence, and traceability from requirements through deployment using project management tools.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in IT delivery support, PMO, data analytics, BI projects, or system development environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile), including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, release, and documentation processes.</li><li>Hands-on or working knowledge of SQL, Python, data analytics tools, and project tracking platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
