Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.</li><li>Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and scenarios and coordinate testing efforts with relevant teams to ensure that solutions meet requirements.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes, requirements, and project status.</li><li>Training and Support: Provide training and support to users post-implementation, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize new systems.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing assessments of business processes and systems, proposing enhancements as needed.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in creating process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
