<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>One of the largest Chinese Securities firms.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Deliver technical support for a suite of front-to-back application systems, including Fidessa, Tora, Bloomberg Terminal (BBG), FIX gateway, and proprietary business platforms.</li><li>Oversee client FIX onboarding processes and maintain effective vendor relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and to implement enhancements or solutions for identified bugs.</li><li>Contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing initiatives to ensure systems meet business requirements.</li><li>Actively participate in project implementation, including business workflow analysis and solution design.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks within relevant processes.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive team knowledge bases and technical support documentation for ongoing use.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.</li><li>At least 4 years of experience in the securities industry, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to FIX trading projects or system support.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office application support, with hands-on experience in FIX connectivity.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL database management and familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu operating environments.</li><li>Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with sound risk management awareness.</li><li>Team-oriented, accountable, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
