<p style="display: inline !important;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Asset Mangement company in HK</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Provide Level 1 (L1) IT support including setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.</li><li>Support the setup and configuration of financial systems, such as Bloomberg and/or Aladdin.</li><li>Respond to general IT queries and act as the first line of communication for users requiring support.</li><li>Offer go-live support during system deployments or upgrades.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and user guides.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless technology operations.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.</li><li>Prior experience working within the asset or investment management industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of finance/asset management terminology and workflows.</li><li>Hands-on experience with systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, or equivalent financial platforms.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
