It suits a mid-level lawyer eager to expand their expertise in a dynamic, commercial investment environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Functions:</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Review and draft legal documents for ongoing relationships.</strong>Prepare, review, and negotiate documents related to client relationship management, such as side letters.​</li><li><strong>Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements.</strong>Handle non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, profit-sharing agreements, service agreements, and loan facility agreements.​</li><li><strong>Provide</strong> <strong>general legal advice: </strong>Support internal stakeholders across investment and supporting teams with day-to-day legal guidance and solutions</li><li><strong>​Support legal projects and policies: </strong>Handle ad hoc legal projects and contribute to developing internal policies and best practices</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher; law degree preferred.
