Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO's van de bedrijven waarin zij investeren en met de partners van Falcon Fund. Je bent actief betrokken bij het volledige investeringsproces:<ul><li>Identificeren en analyseren van potentiële investeringsopportuniteiten (zowel nieuwe platformbedrijven als add-ons);</li><li>Analyseren van financiële rapportering, balansen en bedrijfsprestaties;</li><li>Uitwerken van businessstrategieën samen met het management;</li><li>Coördineren van due diligence, audits en juridische structuren met externe adviseurs;</li><li>Onderhandelen en structureren van deals;</li><li>Actief beheer van bestaande participaties: strategisch meedenken over organisatie, beloningsmodellen, groei en structuur;</li></ul> Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij de bedrijven in portefeuille - niet als controleur, maar als sparringpartner.
