Robert Half Talent Solutions recherche actuellement un(e) Accounting Manager (h/f/x) pour une fonction permanente basée à Bruxelles.Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur des services.Les responsabilités principales de l'Accounting Manager (h/f/x) :<ul><li>Gérer une équipe de 3 comptables dans les 5 sociétés à date</li><li>Gérer la comptabilité de A à Z de la holding</li><li>Participer activement à l'optimisation et à l'harmonisation des outils et processus comptables</li><li>Participer activement à la sécurisation des outils et processus comptables en implémentant les procédures et consignes d'audit interne</li><li>Fiabiliser les enregistrements comptables et analytiques des différentes sociétés composant le périmètre</li><li>Assurer les clôtures mensuelles à J+3</li><li>Participer à la remontée des données financières dans le cadre de la consolidation mensuelle des comptes (J+5) et des reportings groupe sur le périmètre belge</li><li>Être garant de l'application des règles comptables belges et de consolidation aux bornes du groupe</li><li>Veiller à la bonne application des procédures et à leur mise à jour, et notamment la partie relative aux dossiers de révision mensuels</li><li>Veiller à l'application des règles fiscales belges (ISOC, TVA,..) et établir les différentes déclarations fiscales</li><li>Établir les comptes annuels pour les différentes sociétés (liasses fiscales et annexes)</li><li>Suivre la trésorerie (cash pooling), établir les prévisions, les rapprochements bancaires en collaboration avec le trésorier groupe</li><li>Participer aux analyses « réalisé vs forecast » avec le contrôle de gestion</li><li>Assister les responsables groupe sur diverses demandes, sur le suivi des audits groupe et CAC notamment mais aussi sur des demandes diverses (contrôles de l'administration sociale ou fiscale par exemple, suivi trésorerie, …)</li><li>Vous vous déplacez dans les différentes sociétés régulièrement pour tisser des liens avec les organisations locales</li><li>S'inscrire en Business Partner dans le développement de nouveaux produits avec analyse des impacts en comptabilité, gestion et fiscalité (notamment en termes de TVA).</li></ul>Le profil requis pour le poste d'Accounting Manager (h/f/x) :<ul><li>Diplôme en comptabilité</li><li>Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire</li><li>Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels comptables, Exact Online est un plus)</li><li>Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences analytiques, esprit critique et de synthèse, de communication et d'organisation, avec une orientation client et une aptitude à trouver des solutions)</li><li>Vous créez un lien avec l'opérationnel et comprenez les manières de travailler dans les différentes sociétés et leur impact sur la comptabilité</li><li>Vous êtes capable de gérer efficacement les délais et les priorités tout en maintenant un haut niveau de précision et d'exactitude</li><li>Vous avez une curiosité professionnelle et avec la capacité à développer vos compétences</li><li>Vous démontrez une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe</li><li>Vous travaillez avec rigueur et avec le sens du détail</li><li>Vous êtes bilingue Néerlandais/Français</li></ul>Intéressé(e) par ce poste?
