<p>Pour l'un de ses clients, une <strong>multinationale</strong> active dans le <strong>secteur industriel </strong>et située à <strong>Tournai</strong>, nous sommes à la recherche d'un <strong>Contrôleur de Gestion (H/F/X)</strong>.</p><p>Il s'agit d'une mission d'intérimaire en vue d'engagement.</p><p>Dans le cadre de votre fonction de <strong>Contrôleur de Gestion (H/F/X), </strong>sous la responsabilité du <strong>responsable contrôle de gestion</strong> et au sein d'une <strong>équipe de 4 personnes</strong>, vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes pour une entité du groupe :</p><ul><li>vous préparez les <strong>résultats mensuels</strong>, réalisez une <strong>analyse</strong> et formulez des <strong>commentaires</strong> avec les <strong>opérationnels</strong> pour le <strong>reporting au Groupe</strong> ;</li><li>vous mettez à jour les <strong>tableaux de bord mensuels</strong>, assurez le suivi des <strong>KPIs</strong>, animez des <strong>réunions de pilotage</strong> avec les <strong>responsables opérationnels</strong> et suivez les <strong>plans d'actions</strong> dans une démarche d'<strong>amélioration continue de la performance</strong> ;</li><li>vous élaborez le <strong>budget annuel</strong> et les <strong>forecasts</strong> ;</li><li>vous réalisez des <strong>analyses ponctuelles</strong> à la demande de la <strong>direction financière</strong> ou des <strong>directions opérationnelles</strong> ;</li><li>vous effectuez l'<strong>analyse</strong> et le <strong>suivi des investissements industriels</strong> ;</li><li>vous êtes une <strong>force de proposition</strong> pour l'évolution des <strong>outils</strong> et des <strong>pratiques</strong>, afin de contribuer à l'<strong>amélioration continue</strong> des <strong>processus de contrôle de gestion</strong>, en collaboration avec les <strong>contrôleurs de gestion des autres sites</strong> ;</li><li>vous participez au <strong>déploiement d'une culture financière et budgétaire</strong> auprès des <strong>équipes opérationnelles</strong>.</li></ul><p>Dans le cadre de votre fonction de <strong>Contrôleur de Gestion (H/F/X), </strong>vous disposez des qualifications suivantes :</p><ul><li>vous êtes titulaire d'un <strong>master à orientation économique ou financière</strong> ;</li><li>vous avez une <strong>expérience de minimum 3 ans</strong> dans une fonction de <strong>contrôleur de gestion</strong>, idéalement au sein du <strong>secteur industriel</strong> ;</li><li>vous avez une <strong>excellente connaissance du français</strong> et une <strong>connaissance professionnelle de l'anglais</strong> ;</li><li>vous avez une <strong>très grande aisance en informatique</strong> et une <strong>très bonne connaissance d'Excel</strong> ;</li><li>vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé avec <strong>SAP</strong> ;</li><li>vous disposez d'un <strong>esprit d'analyse et de synthèse</strong>, ainsi qu'une grande <strong>capacité d'adaptation</strong> ;</li><li>vous êtes <strong>curieux</strong>, <strong>précis</strong>, <strong>rigoureux</strong> et <strong>autonome</strong> dans votre travail ;</li><li>vous avez un <strong>excellent relationnel</strong> et une <strong>ouverture d'esprit</strong> ;</li><li>vous êtes <strong>force de proposition</strong> pour faire évoluer les <strong>outils</strong>, les <strong>méthodes</strong>, et pour améliorer la <strong>culture</strong> et la <strong>performance financière</strong> du site ;</li><li>vous êtes <strong>résistant au stress</strong> et capable de travailler dans des <strong>délais serrés</strong> ;</li><li>vous savez présenter des <strong>chiffres à la direction</strong> ;</li><li>vous êtes disponible <strong>immédiatement</strong> ou <strong>très rapidement</strong>.</li></ul><p>Dans le cadre de votre fonction de <strong>Contrôleur de Gestion (H/F/X)</strong>, notre client vous offre :</p><ul><li>un <strong>contrat à durée indéterminée</strong> signé après une courte période en tant qu'<strong>intérimaire</strong>;</li><li>une <strong>fonction autonome</strong>, avec de <strong>nombreux contacts</strong> avec la <strong>direction</strong> et les différents <strong>départements</strong> de l'entreprise;</li><li>une présence quotidienne sur le <strong>terrain</strong>;</li><li>une <strong>participation active</strong> à de nombreux <strong>projets internes</strong>, liés à la <strong>croissance</strong> de l'entreprise;</li><li>un <strong>package salarial complet</strong> et <strong>compétitif</strong>, incluant une <strong>assurance groupe</strong>, une <strong>assurance hospitalisation</strong>, un <strong>système de bonus</strong>, des <strong>chèques-repas</strong>, un <strong>GSM</strong>, et un <strong>PC</strong>;</li><li>une <strong>flexibilité</strong> des <strong>horaires</strong>, ainsi que la possibilité de <strong>télétravail</strong> un <strong>jour/semaine</strong>.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Cette fonction de <strong>Contrôleur de Gestion (H/F/X)</strong> vous intéresse ?
