<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is momenteel op zoek naar een <strong>IT Infrastructure Manager </strong>voor een <strong>internationaal en innovatief productiebedrijf</strong>.</p><p>Onze klant is gelegen in <strong>Waregem</strong>.</p><p><strong>De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:</strong></p><ul><li>Je leidt de transformatie en het beheer van een hybride IT-landschap, inclusief datacenters, cloud en netwerken;</li><li>Je definieert en realiseert de roadmap voor infrastructuurplatformen en begeleidt de overgang van legacy naar moderne technologieën;</li><li>Je zorgt voor stabiliteit, veiligheid en optimale aansluiting op de behoeften van de business;</li><li>Je bouwt een modulair, veilig en toekomstgericht platform voor verschillende IT-omgevingen;</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel operationele als strategische taken en toont sterk leiderschap tijdens incidenten;</li><li>Je integreert cybersecurity en governance in alle IT-infrastructuuractiviteiten;</li><li>Je beheert budgetten en leveranciersrelaties volgens FinOps-principes en bouwt partnership uit met strategische leveranciers;</li><li>Je stuurt het infrastructuurteam aan en stimuleert continue samenwerking en groei;</li><li>Je rapporteert infrastructuurstrategieën en -updates effectief naar senior management en business stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn:</strong></p><ul><li>Je beschikt over een universitair diploma in informatica of gelijkwaardig;</li><li>Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in datacenter-, cloud- of netwerkbeheer binnen bedrijfskritische IT-omgevingen;</li><li>Je hebt certificeringen in IT-risicobeheer en ervaring met het implementeren van risicobeheersmaatregelen;</li><li>Je hebt kennis van leveranciersbeheer en service delivery management;</li><li>Je volgt de nieuwste IT-trends en hebt een sterke visie op het IT-infrastructuurlandschap;</li><li>Je toont leiderschap, bent strategisch ingesteld en weet veranderingen en innovatie te stimuleren;</li><li>Je delegeert efficiënt en blijft besluitvaardig onder druk;</li><li>Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders;</li><li>Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
