<p>Pour l'un de ses clients, Robert Half est à la recherche d'un Comptable Econome (h-f-x) pour une mission d'intérim en vue d'un engagement.</p><p>Notre client est un <strong>établissement scolaire réputé</strong> situé dans la <strong>région de Mons</strong>.</p><p>Sous la responsabilité du directeur financier et administratif de l'établissement scolaire, vous êtes responsable pour les tâches suivantes :</p><ul><li>Tenue de la comptabilité générale et analytique ;</li><li>Encodage et contrôle des factures d'achat, notes de crédit, extraits bancaires et opérations diverses ;</li><li>Préparation des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ;</li><li>Réconciliation et justification des comptes ;</li><li>Préparation du dossier pour le réviseur ;</li><li>Élaboration et suivi du budget annuel en collaboration avec la direction ;</li><li>Analyse des écarts entre budget prévisionnel et dépenses réelles ;</li><li>Prévision des flux de trésorerie et gestion de la liquidité ;</li><li>Suivi des commandes, marchés publics et approvisionnements de l'école ;</li><li>Vérification de la conformité des dépenses et respect des procédures internes ;</li><li>Négociation avec les fournisseurs en lien avec la direction ;</li><li>Gestion des contrats de maintenance, fournitures, catering, … ;</li><li>Facturation des frais scolaires, repas, activités, … ;</li><li>Suivi des paiements des familles : rappels, plans d'apurement, etc. ;</li><li>Interface avec les parents pour toutes questions financières.</li></ul><p>Le profil recherché pour ce poste de <strong>Comptable Econome (h-f-x) </strong>est le suivant :</p><ul><li>Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité ;</li><li>Vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 ans en comptabilité générale et idéalement au sein d'un établissement scolaire ;</li><li>Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) ;</li><li>Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et vous avez une très bonne connaissance d'Excel ;</li><li>Vous êtes proactif et organisé dans votre travail ;</li><li>Vous êtes capable de gérer vos priorités ;</li><li>Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et une bonne communication ;</li><li>Vous avez un bon esprit critique sur les chiffres ;</li><li>Vous êtes dynamique, proactif et orienté solutions ;</li><li>Vous êtes disponible immédiatement ou très rapidement.</li></ul><p>Notre offre pour ce poste de <strong>Comptable Econome (h-f-x) </strong>est la suivante :</p><ul><li>Un contrat à durée indéterminée après une courte période en tant qu'intérimaire ;</li><li>Un secteur d'activité enrichissant et intégrer une fonction variée ;</li><li>Une flexibilité d'horaires et un jour de télétravail/semaine ;</li><li>Un package salarial attractif en fonction de votre expérience.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Intéressé par ce poste de <strong>Comptable Econome (h-f-x) </strong>?
