<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Brussels</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>energy sector</strong>.</p><p>As <strong>Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Maintain and evolve a comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Strategy that balances market competitiveness with our commitment to internal equity and fairness;</li><li>Ensure that the association is compliant and implement all changes to stay ahead of any legislation changes;</li><li>Lead a specialised team of 3-4, focusing on their professional development and fostering a collaborative environment where expertise is shared and celebrated;</li><li>Oversee the Compensation & Benefits financial cycle, managing a €2M-€3M budget and providing the long-term resource forecasting essential for strategic roadmap;</li><li>Take stewardship of the full payroll process, partnering with vendors to ensure that our people are supported by accurate, timely, and high-quality service;</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for employee representatives and unions, facilitating transparent social dialogue and overseeing social elections with integrity;</li><li>Translate complex HR metrics and people data into clear, actionable insights for the Resources Committee and the Board, helping to guide executive decision-making;</li><li>Steer the evolution of our HR and time-management tools, ensuring our digital workspace is intuitive, integrated, and ready to support the organisation.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>University degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field;</li><li>You have minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll. You have a proven track record of managing these functions within complex organizational structures, ideally in an international or regulated sector;</li><li>You possess a deep, practical understanding of Belgian Social Legislation and have experience navigating the nuances of Union relations and social dialogue;</li><li>You have strong financial acumen, and comfortable working with numbers and budgets;</li><li>You are a natural mentor who enjoys building strong, diverse teams. You believe in leveraging individual strengths to achieve common goals and are committed to fostering a supportive team environment;</li><li>You translate complex data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders;</li><li>You handle sensitive payroll, union, and contractual matters with absolute discretion, ensuring a "people-first" approach while upholding organisational standards;</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft 365 and experience with HRIS and payroll tools;</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
