CONTROLLING MANAGER (M/V/X)Voor een vooraanstaand familiebedrijf regio Waregem - marktleider in zijn sector - is Robert Half in exclusief partnership op zoek.TakenpakketAls Controlling Manager (M/V/X) ben je de (financiële) sparringpartner voor het management en help je mee de koers van de organisatie te bepalen. Je combineert scherpe analyses met een pragmatische aanpak en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en aanbevelingen. Je stuurt een team van 3 controllers aan en neemt een actieve rol op in groepsrapportering, investeringsdossiers en strategische besluitvorming. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:<ul><li>Business partnering: je ondersteunt directie en afdelingsverantwoordelijken met inzichten, scenario's en aanbevelingen voor operationele en strategische keuzes.</li><li>Strategisch Plan, Budgettering & forecasting: je leidt het 5 jaar strategisch plan en het budgetproces, bewaakt planning & timing, en zet een rolling forecast-ritme op met duidelijke driver-based assumptions.</li><li>Monthly closing: je coördineert de maandafsluit, bewaakt kwaliteit en deadlines en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met collega's van accounting en andere stakeholders.</li><li>Management reporting & analyses: je ontwikkelt en verbetert maandelijkse dashboards/KPI-rapporten (EBIT/sales/working capital/SG&A), verklaart varianties en signaleert risico's en opportuniteiten.</li><li>Rendement- en investeringsanalyse: je beoordeelt investeringsvoorstellen met o.a. ROI/NPV/IRR, sensitiviteitsanalyses en post-investment reviews.</li><li>Business cases: je bouwt en challenget de business cases voor investeringen en strategische projecten, inclusief ondersteuning bij M&A-trajecten (financiële onderbouwing, due diligence-ondersteuning, integratie-opvolging).</li><li>Groepsrapportering: je levert tijdig input voor consolidatie en groepsrapportering en zorgt voor consistentie in definities en toelichtingen.</li><li>Proces- en toolverbetering: je optimaliseert rapportering, closingprocessen en controlling-tools om efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid te verhogen.</li></ul>Profiel<ul><li>Master Finance (TEW/HW/HIR) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.</li><li>Bewezen (inhouse) ervaring in controlling/FP&A, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met groepsrapportering of multi-entity structuur.</li><li>Aantoonbare ervaring met budgettering, forecasting, maandafsluit en management reporting.</li><li>Sterk analytisch vermogen en in staat om complexe financiële materie helder te vertalen naar business-impact.</li><li>Ervaring met investeringsdossiers en business case modelling; kennis van waarderingsmethodes is een plus.</li><li>Vermogen om een team te coachen/aan te sturen.</li><li>Proactief, ownership gericht en comfortabel in de rol van kritische doch constructieve sparringpartner.</li><li>Bedreven in Excel; ervaring met BI/ERP/forecasting tools is een plus.</li><li>Vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.</li></ul>AanbodJe maakt deel uit van een toonaangevend bedrijf met >100 jaar kennis ter zake.
