  • <p>Voor een innovatieve en groeiende productieorganisatie in de regio <strong>Bekkevoort</strong> zijn wij op zoek naar een <strong>Strategisch Aankoper (m/v/x).</strong></p><p> </p><p>Wij zoeken iemand met een sterk analytisch vermogen, een hands-on mentaliteit en een duidelijke affiniteit met aankoop binnen een industriële omgeving. </p><p>In deze rol krijg je de kans om een zichtbare impact te maken op zowel het dagelijkse aankoopproces als op de verdere uitbouw van een professioneel en toekomstgericht aankoopbeleid. Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap binnen een dynamische en internationale werkomgeving.</p><p><strong>Jouw rol</strong></p><p>Als <strong>Strategisch Aankoper</strong> ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd aankoopdomein, waarbij je zowel strategisch als operationeel meedenkt. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesses neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op over een aantal directe en/of indirecte aankoopcategorieën.</p><p>Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen en diensten tijdig, correct en aan de beste voorwaarden beschikbaar zijn, en draagt tegelijk actief bij aan de optimalisatie van leveranciersrelaties, processen en aankoopresultaten.</p><p><strong>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</strong></p><p>In deze functie krijg je een brede en impactvolle rol, waarin je onder meer instaat voor:</p><ul><li>Het beheren van jouw aankoopcategorieën van A tot Z, van behoeftebepaling tot levering en evaluatie;</li><li>Het opbouwen van een sterk leveranciersnetwerk en het onderhouden van duurzame samenwerkingen;</li><li>Het onderhandelen over prijzen, contracten, leveringsvoorwaarden en servicelevels;</li><li>Het analyseren van spend, markttendensen en leveranciersprestaties om verbeterkansen te identificeren;</li><li>Het bewaken van beschikbaarheid, leverbetrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van materialen en diensten;</li><li>Het anticiperen op risico's binnen de supply chain en het uitwerken van gepaste oplossingen;</li><li>Het ondersteunen van kostoptimalisatie, innovatie en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen aankoop;</li><li>Het samenwerken met collega's uit onder meer supply chain, operations, productie en finance;</li><li>Het mee uitbouwen van een meer datagedreven en gestructureerde aankoopaanpak;</li><li>Het fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor alles wat jouw categorieën betreft.</li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel</strong></p><ul><li>Je beschikt over een <strong>bachelor- of masterdiploma</strong> in een relevante richting;</li><li>Je hebt <strong>minstens 5 jaar ervaring</strong> binnen procurement en/of supply chain, idealiter in een productieomgeving;</li><li>Je combineert een <strong>strategische mindset</strong> met een sterke operationele focus;</li><li>Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en sterk in het leggen van verbanden;</li><li>Je beschikt over goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en neemt graag initiatief;</li><li>Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders;</li><li>Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent administratief sterk en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht;</li><li>Je spreekt vlot <strong>Nederlands en Engels</strong>; kennis van <strong>Frans en/of Duits</strong> is een extra troef.</li></ul><p><strong>Het aanbod</strong></p><p>Je komt terecht in een stabiele en ambitieuze organisatie waar kwaliteit, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.
