- <p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> recherche actuellement un(e) <strong>Responsable Administratif et Financier de Pôle</strong> <strong>(h/f/x)</strong> pour une fonction permanente basée à <strong>Bruxelles.</strong></p><p>Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur <strong>de la distribution</strong>.</p><p><strong>Les responsabilités principales du Responsable Administratif et Financier de Pôle (h/f/x) :</strong></p><ul><li>superviser les clôtures comptables mensuelles et annuelles des différents sites de son périmètre ;</li><li>garantir la fiabilité des informations comptables et financières ainsi que le respect des procédures internes et des normes applicables ;</li><li>piloter la trésorerie, suivre les stocks et les créances, et optimiser le besoin en fonds de roulement ;</li><li>produire, analyser et commenter les tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance afin d'accompagner la prise de décision ;</li><li>encadrer les équipes administratives et comptables et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils.</li></ul><p><strong>Le profil requis pour le poste de Responsable Administratif et Financier de Pôle (h/f/x) :</strong></p><ul><li>vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en finance, gestion, sciences économiques ou équivalent ;</li><li>vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en finance opérationnelle, idéalement dans un environnement multi-sites ou dans la distribution ;</li><li>vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des principes comptables ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance du contrôle de gestion ;</li><li>vous avez une expérience confirmée en management et combinez rigueur, capacité d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et orientation solution.</li></ul><p><strong>Intéressé(e) par ce poste ?
