Dit is een belangrijke vereiste. Een niveau 1 kan ook in aanmerking komen, maar de functie blijft in eerste instantie sterk operationeel gericht.</li><li>Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen veiligheid, idealiter in een productieomgeving of technische context. Ervaring binnen een chemische, procesmatige of Seveso-omgeving is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute must. Ook iemand met stevige operationele ervaring binnen productie en een recent behaald niveau 2-diploma kan in aanmerking komen.</li><li>Je bent pragmatisch, communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een positieve manier te overtuigen.</li><li>Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
