Hoofdboekhouder (A-Y) met basiskennis Frans - regio Sint-Truiden.Voor één van onze klanten, een stabiele en groeiende familiale KMO actief in de mobiliteitssector regio Sint-Truiden, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Hoofdboekhouder (A-Y) met basiskennis Frans ter versterking van het finance team.Deze organisatie kenmerkt zich door een down-to-earth cultuur, sterke lokale verankering en een aangename werksfeer met medewerkers die vaak al jarenlang in dienst zijn.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAls Hoofdboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Y en fungeer je als spilfiguur binnen de financiële afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en een administratief boekhoudkundig medewerker.Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:<ul><li>Volledige verwerking en opvolging van de boekhouding (A-Y);</li><li>Inboeken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande facturen;</li><li>Verwerken van bankuittreksels en voorbereiden van betalingen;</li><li>Beheer van debiteurenportefeuille (opvolging, betalingsplannen, aanmaningen);</li><li>Oplossen van betalingsverschillen en niet-toegewezen betalingen;</li><li>Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen rond facturatie;</li><li>Voorbereiding van periodieke en jaarlijkse afsluitingen in samenwerking met een externe accountant;</li><li>Algemene administratieve en boekhoudkundige opvolging.</li></ul>Jouw profielWij zoeken een hands-on professional die zich thuis voelt in een KMO-omgeving en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.<ul><li>Bachelor Accountancy (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring);</li><li>Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in algemene boekhouding en/of debiteurenbeheer;</li><li>Grondige kennis van de Belgische boekhoudwetgeving (BE GAAP);</li><li>Ervaring met Exact Online is een sterke troef;</li><li>Vlotte kennis Nederlands, kennis Frans (telefonisch durven communiceren);</li><li>Goede PC-vaardigheden (Excel, Office);</li><li>Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en efficiënt;</li><li>Je bent communicatief, assertief en klantgericht;</li><li>Discretie en betrouwbaarheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.</li></ul>Wat mag je verwachten?<ul><li>Onmiddellijk een vast contract;</li><li>Voltijdse tewerkstelling (38u/week);</li><li>Glijdende werkuren (start tussen 7u30 en 9u30);</li><li>Competitief salarispakket afhankelijk van ervaring;</li><li>Maaltijdcheques (€8);</li><li>Ecocheques (€250/jaar);</li><li>Bedrijfswagen bespreekbaar;</li><li>Verlof vrij te kiezen.</li></ul>Interesse?Ben jij op zoek naar een stabiele functie met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een familiale omgeving waar jouw expertise écht het verschil maakt?
