<p><strong>Robert</strong> <strong>Half</strong> is momenteel op zoek naar <strong>Controller (m/v/x)</strong> voor een vooruitstrevende organisatie actief in de <strong>energiesector</strong>.</p><p>Onze klant is gelegen in de <strong>regio Mechelen.</strong></p><p>De <strong>verantwoordelijkheden</strong> voor deze functie zijn:</p><ul><li>Je leidt zelfstandig de controlling cyclus van toegewezen business units en projecten: volledige closing, rapportering, budgettering, forecasting, variatieanalyses en business partnering;</li><li>Je ziet toe op het correct voeren van de analytische boekhouding en houdt jouw kennis van processen en instructies actueel;</li><li>Je adviseert het management bij financiële en operationele uitdagingen om een optimale bedrijfsresultaten en het behalen van strategische doelen te ondersteunen;</li><li>Je levert input die het bestuur helpt bij het opstellen van businessplannen en begrotingen;</li><li>Je monitort budget en operationele resultaten en rapporteert zodat tijdig ingegrepen kan worden waar nodig;</li><li>Je analyseert en controleert financiële gegevens en verzorgt nauwkeurige rapportages voor het management, inclusief detailanalyses van projecten, winstgevendheidsanalyses en vergelijking van actuals, budget en forecast;</li><li>Je stelt budgetten en provisies op, vergelijkt deze met forecasts en actuals, en stuurt bij waar noodzakelijk;</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het continue monitoren van datakwaliteit in het ERP-systeem en zorgt dat kritieke data altijd up-to-date is;</li><li>Je stelt nauwkeurige cash prognoses op en onderhoudt deze om het werkkapitaal optimaal te beheren.</li></ul><p><strong>Idealiter breng je het volgende met je mee:</strong></p><ul><li>Je hebt een masterdiploma in bedrijfseconomie, finance of accountancy;</li><li>Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring als controller, bij voorkeur binnen een projectgerichte of bouwkundige omgeving;</li><li>Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;</li><li>Je bent zeer vaardig met Excel en ERP-systemen zoals Navision of SAP;</li><li>Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans en weet complexe gegevens helder over te brengen;</li><li>Je werkt proactief, resultaatgericht en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.</li></ul><p><strong>Het aanbod:</strong></p><ul><li>Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris aangevuld met een uitgebreid pakket aan extralegale voordelen;</li><li>Je werkt in een bedrijf dat inzet op innovatie, duurzaamheid en professionele ontwikkeling;</li><li>Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch, multidisciplinair team waar samenwerking en high-impact centraal staan.</li></ul><h4><strong>Ben je geïnteresseerd in deze functie of had je graag meer informatie gewenst?
