<p>Robert Half is op zoek naar een <strong>Backoffice Medewerker Finance (M/V/X)</strong></p><p><strong>Locatie: Asse - voltijds of 4/5e</strong></p><p>Voor een gespecialiseerde divisie binnen een groot internationaal bedrijf is Robert Half op zoek naar een Backoffice Medewerker Finance (M/V/X). Je komt terecht in een team dat dagelijks klanten ondersteunt rond financieringen, leasing en verzekeringen, voornamelijk voor vrachtwagens. Het gaat om een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol, waarbij je dé referentie wordt voor alle administratieve en financiële vragen.</p><p>Jouw job: </p><ul><li>Je ondersteunt de sales en je collega's vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Asse met een correcte en efficiënte backofficewerking.</li><li>Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over financieringen, leasingdossiers en verzekeringen.</li><li>Je staat in voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van dossiers van A tot Z.</li><li>Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met interne en externe partners en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten, dealers en andere stakeholders.</li><li>Telefonisch contact vormt een belangrijk deel van je dagelijks werk.</li><li>Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en ondersteunt hen bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen.</li><li>Je maakt deel uit van een aparte divisie die klanten bezoekt; jij beheert het administratieve luik en wordt gecontacteerd voor alle vragen rond leasing en financieringen.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Dit is een alleenstaande functie, waarbij je dus veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.
