Lees dan zeker verder!Functieomschrijving voor deze rol als Business Performance & Finance/Business (BPF) Controller (M/V/X):Je komt terecht in een internationaal team waarvan 7 personen in Belgie, verantwoordelijk voor verschillende legale entiteiten en business units. Je rapporteert aan de Busness Performance & Finance Manager Europe. Verder sta je in nauw contact met de collega's van de Finance Shared Service Centra als ook het European Tax team en de verschillende business partners voor het aanleveren en analyseren van cijfermateriaal. Je krijgt een grote autonomie om je werk tot een goed einde te brengen.Je gaat o.a. instaan voor volgende taken:<ul><li>Je voert controles uit om de correctheid van de maandelijkse cijfers te verifiëren en toe te zien op de gevolgde procedures;</li><li>Met behulp van het Finance Shared Service Center, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting van de resultaten voor de verschillende business units en legale entiteiten.</li><li>Je werkt samen met Finance Shared Service Center om processen en procedures te verbeteren en zo de integriteit en kwaliteit van de boekhouding te garanderen;</li><li>Je staat in voor kwartaal SOX rapportering zoals operational lease, buy/sell, SUI;</li><li>Je kijkt nauwgezet toe op het naleven van de wettelijke verplichtingen; je werkt nauw samen met de Tax compliance manager om alle tax verplichtingen na te komen;</li><li>Je werkt samen met de senior manager om de statutaire audit van de verschillende entiteiten tijdig af te ronden. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor EFI rapportering aan de ondernemingsraad;</li><li>Je bereidt resultaten en cash flow businessplan en forecast voor op entiteit niveau in lijn met de verwachtingen van de verschillende business partners;</li><li>Je werkt nauw samen met de business stakeholders om de resultaten beter te begrijpen; je analyseert cijfers en vertaalt deze naar voorstellen ter verbetering voor de business;</li><li>Ondersteuning bij ad hoc projecten o.a.</li><ul><li>Optimaliseren van Digital-tools;</li><li>Verder offshoren van transactioneel / recurrent werk naar shared service center;</li><li>Kost reductie initiatieven;</li><li>Mergers en Acquisities.</li></ul></ul>Profiel:<ul><li>Je hebt een financiële opleiding genoten (Bachelor of Master);</li><li>Je kan terugblikken op minimum 4 jaar ervaring als controller of externe auditor;</li><li>Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels;</li><li>Je bent digital-minded en denkt graag mee in het optimaliseren van tools;</li><li>Je bent vlot in tools als SAP, PowerBI en PowerPivot, Excel en andere Microsoft Tools;</li><li>Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een geboren netwerker;</li><li>Je hebt een affiniteit met tax compliance en wetgeving zonder een specialist te zijn;</li><li>Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen;</li><li>Je bent hands on en zoekt graag zaken uit.
