Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder en bent zijn vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met cijfers, compliance en beheer te maken heeft.<ul><li>Je sluit de jaarrekeningen af voor de Belgische en Franse vennootschappen en bereidt de dossiers voor voor de accountant en revisor.</li><li>Je volgt fiscale verplichtingen op in beide landen: voorafbetalingen, vennootschapsbelasting, btw-aangiften.</li><li>Je beheert de liquiditeiten en doet aan cashplanning over meerdere vennootschappen.</li><li>Je controleert de payroll voor de Belgische en Franse medewerkers en volgt afwijkingen op.</li><li>Je beheert het verzekeringsportefeuille en optimaliseert waar mogelijk.</li><li>Je volgt juridische dossiers op: kapitaalsverhogingen, statutenwijzigingen, aandelenstructuur.</li><li>Je vraagt subsidies en investeringsdossiers aan en volgt Europese steunmaatregelen op.</li><li>Je zorgt voor de opvolging van milieu- en vergunningsdossiers.</li><li>Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het ERP pakket.</li></ul>Wie ben jij?<ul><li>Je hebt een master of bachelor in finance, accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting - of aantoonbare ervaring die dat compenseert.</li><li>Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een KMO-omgeving.</li><li>Je hebt ervaring met volledige boekhoudcycli, inclusief maand- en jaarafsluit.</li><li>Je kent de Belgische fiscale en sociale wetgeving en hebt affiniteit met of kennis van de Franse regelgeving.</li><li>Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans.</li></ul>Wat krijg je?<ul><li>Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €5.000 en €7.000, afhankelijk van je ervaring.</li><li>Een compleet verlongingspakket op maat inclusief firmawagen.</li><li>Maaltijdcheques en verzekeringen.</li><li>32 verlofdagen.</li><li>Een centrale rol met echte impact: jij bouwt mee aan de financiële structuur van een groeiend familiebedrijf.</li></ul>Interessse in deze functie als Financieel Rechterhand Zaakvoerder (M/V/X)?
