<p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> recherche actuellement un(e) <strong>Pricing Analyst (h/f/x) </strong>pour une fonction permanente basée dans le sud de <strong>Bruxelles</strong>.</p><p>Notre client est une entreprise internationale active dans le <strong>secteur de la distribution</strong>.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p>Les <strong>responsabilités</strong> principales du <strong>Pricing Analyst (h/f/x) </strong>:</p><p><strong>Analyse marché & positionnement prix</strong></p><ul><li>Réaliser des études de marché et benchmarks tarifaires (PPC) ;</li><li>Collecter et analyser les données prix de la concurrence par ligne de produits ;</li><li>Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité (marge 3N), notamment lors de lancements produits ou changements de fournisseurs ;</li><li>Soutenir les équipes commerciales dans l'élaboration d'offres via des analyses de rentabilité</li></ul><p><strong>Gouvernance pricing & gestion des données</strong></p><ul><li>Gérer et maintenir la base de données tarifaire dans l'ERP ;</li><li>Implémenter les modifications de prix après validation managériale ;</li><li>Paramétrer les conditions promotionnelles à la demande du marketing ou des ventes ;</li><li>Veiller au respect de la politique pricing définie.</li></ul><p><strong>Pilotage de la performance</strong></p><ul><li>Mettre en place et maintenir des tableaux de bord de suivi des décisions tarifaires et de leur impact sur la rentabilité ;</li><li>Identifier les écarts et risques en matière de marge 3N ;</li><li>Coordonner avec les achats et les product managers les actions fournisseurs nécessaires afin d'améliorer la compétitivité et la rentabilité ;</li><li>Préparer des analyses claires et des recommandations à destination du</li></ul><p><strong>Alertes prix & retours terrain</strong></p><ul><li>Analyser les alertes et retours liés au positionnement prix remontés par le terrain ou les clients ;</li><li>Calculer, implémenter et communiquer les ajustements de prix aux parties prenantes concernées ;</li><li>Collaborer à l'évolution des politiques commerciales en lien avec les évolutions du marché, en concertation avec les équipes concernées.</li></ul><p><strong>Projets & amélioration continue</strong></p><ul><li>Participer activement aux projets pricing et data,</li><li>Contribuer à la digitalisation et à la professionnalisation des processus</li></ul><p> </p><p>Le <strong>profil</strong> requis pour le poste de <strong>Pricing Analyst (h/f/x)</strong> :</p><ul><li>Etudes supérieures à orientation financière/data ;</li><li>Une première expérience en pricing, controlling, analyse business, data management…;</li><li>Forte capacité analytique et rigueur dans la gestion des données ;</li><li>Orientation business et sens des priorités ;</li><li>Une très bonne maîtrise du français est indispensable (utilisation professionnelle quotidienne) ;</li><li>Une connaissance du néerlandais est requise à un niveau de base, permettant la collaboration avec les équipes internes ;</li><li>La connaissance de l'anglais est courante et suffisante pour les échanges professionnels.</li></ul><p>Ce que notre client <strong>propose</strong> :</p><ul><li>Une société internationale où règne une atmosphère internationale ;</li><li>Un groupe dynamique et ambitieux en constante croissante ;</li><li>Une fonction à responsabilités où l'autonomie et la prise d'initiatives sont valorisées ;</li><li>Un package salarial attractif assorti d'avantages d'extra-légaux (voiture, frais nets, assurance hospitalisation/groupe,…).</li></ul><p><strong>Intéressé(e)</strong> par ce poste?
