Je wordt de expert en het aanspreekpunt op dit vlak. Je detecteert optimalisaties, evalueert processen, <strong>formuleert adviezen</strong> richting het management en schrijft <strong>heldere procedures</strong></li><li>Je werkt niet alleen, maar in nauwe dialoog met zo'n <strong>vijf andere beleidsmedewerkers</strong> - elk met een eigen specifieke focus-van processen, onboarding, werving en selectie tot strategisch medewerkersbeleid - die elkaar versterken en uitdagen. In dit vernieuwde kader ontstaat een nieuwe functie, die volledig mag worden opgebouwd en vormgegeven door een expert. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR-directeur.</li><li>Verder werk je <strong>hybride</strong>: je hoofdlocatie is regio <strong>Gent</strong>, maar je zal wekelijks in <strong>Brussel</strong> of <strong>Mechelen</strong> verwacht worden op <strong>Beleidsvergaderingen</strong>, met sporadische verplaatsingen naar andere vestigingen.</li><li>Je neemt een sleutelpositie in binnen het beleid én staat voortdurend in contact met de payrollcollega's om de vinger aan de pols te houden.
