Sous la supervision du Head of Compliance, et en lien direct avec le CRO, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer l'intégrité et la réputation de l'entreprise en garantissant le respect des réglementations et des normes éthiques.</p><p>Voici vos principales responsabilités :</p><ul><li>Collaborer activement avec un réseau de contacts internes pour renforcer l'efficacité des contrôles en matière de compliance.</li><li>Identifier et analyser les risques de conformité en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Compliance.</li><li>Apporter un conseil stratégique aux différents départements sur les questions liées à la conformité.</li><li>Superviser les processus de contrôle de première ligne pour s'assurer de leur efficacité.</li><li>Être acteur dans l'élaboration de plans d'action et de programmes de suivi en partenariat avec les services internes.</li><li>Garantir la mise à jour des politiques en fonction des évolutions juridiques ou réglementaires.</li></ul><p><strong>Votre profil :</strong></p><p>Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) passionné(e) avec au minimum une première expérience pertinente, capable de relever des défis dans un environnement dynamique. <p>For our client,<strong> Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Risk Analyst (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Antwerpen</strong>.</p><p> </p><p>Our client is an<strong> international banking</strong> group. </p><p>As<strong> Risk Analyst (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><p><strong>Credit Risk</strong></p><ul><li>As Risk Analyst you evaluate credit applications for small and large investment amounts from small and large Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg companies. You will perform financial analysis, estimate the structural risks of a transaction and make recommendations on the acceptability of credit requests.</li><li>You submit proposals to the local / international credit committee and (in time) will decide on the acceptance of risks within your own credit decision authority.</li><li>You have a broad scope of work, covering various types of equipment to be financed, various types of customers and various financing structures.</li><li>Besides assessing risks, you will have the opportunity to participate in various internal projects and eventually contribute to the development of policies and procedures.</li><li>You will work as part of a team surrounded by highly experienced colleagues who will assist you where needed</li><li>You will also work closely with other departments (mainly Sales, but also Customer Service and Finance).</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>As Risk Analyst you evaluate the KYC-AML risk of the Benelux customers. You perform the Customer Due Diligence and make recommendations about the acceptability of the customer.</li><li>You submit proposals to the local / international Anti-Money Laundering Officer (AMLO) and (in time) will decide on the acceptance of risks within your own decision authority.</li><li>You contribute to the internal control system by performing the regular controls.</li><li>You are vigilant to operational risks and will contribute to identify and report them to the Operational Risk Manager.</li><li>Besides assessing risks, you will have the opportunity to participate in various internal projects and eventually contribute to the development of policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)</strong></p><ul><li>You implement and follow-up group ESG Risk Management policies in Benelux.</li><li>You screen (prospect) customer on ESG criteria and escalate files to the group.</li></ul><p>Are you the <strong>Risk Analyst (m/f/x) </strong>we're looking for?</p><ul><li>You have at least a bachelor's degree in an economic field, complemented by additional training in financial topics if possible;</li><li>You have at least 3 years of relevant Credit and Compliance risk analysis experience in the financial sector;</li><li>You have strong analytical skills with a sense of synthesis, an eye for detail and good writing skills.
