The incumbent partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure strong candidate fit, and apply foundational Compensation & Benefits knowledge (preferably with exposure to Mercer methodologies) to design competitive salary packages and provide HR advisory support. The role also drives Employer Branding initiatives across the employee lifecycle by collaborating with HR teams to position the organization as an employer of choice in the APAC region. The position manages transportation and warehousing suppliers, drives process engineering initiatives within Oracle systems, and ensures seamless integration with external partners. It involves analyzing logistics data, preparing management reports, and evaluating transportation and inventory costs in line with budget and distribution strategy. The role also identifies opportunities for cost optimization and service enhancement, leads cross-functional initiatives, supports global stakeholders across regions, and maintains a high standard of professionalism while providing flexible support to worldwide customers.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile<br /><br /></span></strong>The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the semiconductor industry and a multi-country environment.
