The Company This is a hands-on business analysis and transformation project of 9 months, supporting a structured programme of change within a regulated financial services environment.You will work across 4 defined workstreams, taking responsibility for current-state discovery, requirements documentation, process design, and implementation support, producing outputs that are clear, traceable, and ready for use by project and business teams.The role sits within a broader target operating model initiative and you will be working closely with stakeholders across these areas, helping to translate strategic intent into practical, operational documentation that drives real delivery outcomes. The Role <ul><li>Map and document current-state processes across assigned workstreams, covering workflows, decision points, handoffs, controls, and system touchpoints.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Document agreed future-state requirements and process changes in a way that project and business teams can work from directly.</li><li>Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across process, people, systems, and controls, and escalate with clear, actionable recommendations.</li><li>Prepare materials for governance forums, leadership reviews, and cross-functional updates - structured, concise, and tied to programme scope.</li><li>Track issues, actions, and dependencies across workstreams, keeping project documentation current throughout.</li><li>Support implementation activity as required, including user acceptance testing, readiness assessments, and transition to business-as-usual.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a qualification in business analysis or change management is advantageous.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation delivery within regulated financial services. Insurance or Reinsurance preferred.</li><li>Ability to produce high-quality process maps, business requirements, and decision papers that project and business teams can work from directly.</li><li>Confident facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements across all levels, from operational teams through to senior leadership.</li><li>Able to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and translate findings into clear, actionable documentation.</li><li>Experience that spans the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, readiness, and transition to business-as-usual.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against defined timelines.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent</li><li>Business analysis or change qualifications such as CBAP, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.</li></ul> Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number GO13445800, by clicking the apply button.
