We're looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager with a consultative mindset to bridge the gap across multiple active workstreams, driving day-to-day execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The Company We are supporting a well-established financial services organisation and seeking a Business Analyst or Business Architect for a 9-months project. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within a wider transformation team, not a project management or transformation leadership position, but a critical one. If you have solid BA or business architecture experience, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and take pride in clear, well-structured documentation, we'd love to hear from you. The Role <ul><li>Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders across multiple streams to gather and validate requirements.</li><li>Documenting future-state designs, process flows, operating procedures, and governance standards. The focus is on how things should work going forward, not an exhaustive mapping of how things work today.</li><li>Supporting the design and documentation of the target operating model including capability definitions, governance frameworks, and service delivery approaches.</li><li>Identifying gaps between current capabilities and future-state requirements and making clear, practical recommendations.</li><li>Working closely with outsourced partners and internal teams to make sure designs are realistic and can be implemented.</li><li>Collaborating with the Project Manager and broader transformation team to help shape and define delivery plans. You won't be managing plans yourself but your input will directly inform them.</li><li>Keeping documentation in good shape across the programme, including process maps, business requirements, issue logs, and design documents.</li><li>Helping define success measures and KPIs to make sure the implemented model is delivering what it should.</li><li>Preparing clear, well-structured materials for governance forums and cross-functional communication.</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a qualification in business analysis or change management is advantageous.</li><li>Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Business Architect.</li><li>Background in reinsurance is strongly preferred, broader insurance or financial services will also be considered.</li><li>Strong facilitation skills, comfortable running workshops, drawing out requirements, challenging stakeholders, and managing conversations across different levels and functions.</li><li>Good understanding of operating model concepts, process design, governance frameworks, capability models, and service delivery structures.</li><li>Ability to document to a high standard: process flows, future-state designs, SOPs, governance documents - clear, structured, and easy to follow</li><li>Experience supporting implementation activity - UAT, readiness assessments, and transition to business as usual.</li><li>Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within defined timelines.</li><li>Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a bonus.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma or business analysis certifications are a plus.</li></ul> Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number GO13445800, by clicking the apply button.
