In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the firm's Partners and senior BD team, bringing both technical expertise and a strategic mindset to the table.<br /><br /><br /><strong>The Role<br /><br /></strong></div><div>You will be the go-to pricing and financial analysis expert, partnering with our BD teams and Partners to support client-level RFPs with sharp insights and smart strategy. Think of yourself as the bridge between numbers and narratives-translating financial data into compelling pricing stories.<br /><br /></div><div>You will also play a key role in our project management initiatives across Asia, bringing functional know-how to our matter management systems and processes. Working together with practice group leaders and client teams, you'll dive deep into client and matter economics to surface actionable financial insights that help shape decisions. Keeping a close eye on regional client agreements, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and engaging stakeholders for timely reviews. You will co-create fee arrangement strategies, crunch the numbers to test their viability, and present your findings as part of our internal fee approval journey. From setup to wrap-up, you will track how matters perform against budgets and ensure our pricing agreements are buttoned up, including assigning the right rates to the right people. Post-matter, you will round things out with financial analysis and business insights that inform what is next.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Your Profile<br /><br /></strong></div><div>We are looking for a number-loving, spreadsheet-savvy pricing pro to join our team!<br /> If you are fluent in finance, passionate about pricing, and can juggle multiple projects, we would love to meet you. You will ideally have a degree in finance, accounting, or business, rocking a CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA and spent time in a partnership or consulting environment, and no stranger to the world of fee negotiations and professional services pricing. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and your superpowers include building and maintaining slick financial models (especially for pricing scenarios). Excel is basically your second language, and if you know your way around SQL for tidying up and analysing data, that is a big plus. On top of all that, you are a natural project wrangler-able to prioritize, organize, and keep multiple balls in the air without breaking a sweat. Sound like you?
