This role involves driving HRIS adoption, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with local and global HR teams, and ensuring accurate data management for modules like Employee Central, LMS, Recruitment, and more. The candidate will act as a strategic business partner, developing HR frameworks, aligning initiatives with business goals, driving employee engagement, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR strategies. Responsibilities also include mentoring HR operations staff, conducting appraisals, providing developmental feedback, and facilitating stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external partners, including service providers, auditors, and government authorities.
