They are seeking an experienced Global IT Procurement Manager to provide interim coverage while the business evaluates its longer-term permanent requirements. This is a 12 month contract with an ASAP start.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will join an 11-person procurement team and take ownership of a global IT and technology category portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role combining category strategy with day-to-day procurement execution across software, SaaS, enterprise licensing and strategic technology vendors.</p><p>- Develop and execute global procurement strategies across IT, software, SaaS and technology categories.</p><p>- Lead commercial negotiations for enterprise software, licensing arrangements and technology services.</p><p>- Review contracts, licensing models, pricing structures and commercial terms.</p><p>- Manage global and regional technology vendors and support supplier performance initiatives.</p><p>- Identify cost-saving, risk-reduction and value-creation opportunities.</p><p>- Partner with senior business, technology, finance and procurement stakeholders.</p><p>- Work closely with regional procurement teams across APAC, including Australia and Japan.</p><p>- Take ownership of procurement activities and independently drive them through to completion.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>- Significant experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing or IT category management.</p><p>- Strong knowledge of software, SaaS and enterprise licensing models.</p><p>- Proven experience managing complex commercial negotiations and strategic technology vendors.</p><p>- Experience working with senior stakeholders within a regional or global organisation.</p><p>- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.</p><p>- Able to work independently, take ownership quickly and build trust across a multicultural environment.</p><p>- SAP commercial or licensing experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.</p><p>- Singapore-based candidates are strongly preferred.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Additional Information</span></strong></p><p>- Contract duration: 12 months.</p><p>- Location: Raffles place</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>DC13526900</strong> by clicking the apply button.
