  • <p>We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on change enablement and stakeholder readiness to support our client's transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in driving the people side of change, working closely with project teams and business functions to assess change impacts, track readiness, and support stakeholder engagement and communication. This is a 12 month project with potential of extension.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and maintenance of change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder engagement plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and track key change risks, actions, and mitigations across projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Change Managers and functional teams to assess how prepared teams are for upcoming changes and what support may be required.</li></ul><ul><li>Track adoption progress and flag areas of concern to ensure changes are effectively embedded.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the preparation of communications and stakeholder materials to support awareness and understanding.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor feedback and change adoption metrics to support transition into BAU.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that change activities are well documented and aligned with programme timelines and governance.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate closely with the Transformation Office and workstream leads to ensure consistency across initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">:</span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related discipline.</li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years' experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or stakeholder-facing projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of change principles and frameworks (ie.
